Dear Pioneer Park Community, 

 

Can you believe that it is already and only the second week of school 2026/2027? And this week, the first full week of school. During this short time, educators have helped to guide students through a new school year transition and have paid careful attention to promoting positive relationships and routines to set the year off on a good path. 

 

Dot Day began on Tuesday led by our Library Clerk, Ms. Fohring. There were many activities for all age groups based on the Peter Reynolds book about creativity, “The Dot”.

 

Thank you for making our ‘Meet The Team’ Night on Tuesday such a positive and memorable experience. We loved welcoming you into your community school! There were many smiles and excited chatter.  We hope that you have a good sense of how your student spends their day at school and how cared for they are when they are here. 

 

Thank you to the members of our Pioneer Park community who were able to join us on Wednesday for our first School Council meeting. Please refer to the minutes (posted on the Pioneer Park website soon). We had a fulsome update on our playground, fundraising for the playground, and future playground plans.
