Our Panthers will be bringing home Aunt Sarah’s chocolate bars this Wednesday! Our kick off assembly is today. This year we are offering a mixed case with 15 mint bars and 15 caramel bars, each bar selling for $2.00. All unsold chocolate and money are due back by December 7th. Please have your child write their name and teacher’s name and room number on the enclosed money envelope.
We are fundraising for items like more new Chromebooks, gym equipment etc..
Cases of chocolate will come home with oldest and only students, but if you wish to not have your child participate, please fill in the small pink form that will come home today, and return it by Wednesday so we can accommodate that request.
If you sell your full case, and would like more, send in the money with a request for another case, and we will send that home.
If you would like to donate, but don’t wish to sell chocolate bars, money can be sent in and will be counted as part of this fundraiser. Cheques are to be made out to Pioneer Park Public School. Thank you for your support!
They make fantastic stocking stuffers and chopped up they can be used in your Christmas baking too. 🙂 Grate a chocolate mint bar over hot chocolate for a decadent treat, or melt a piece of either bar right into your hot chocolate for a gourmet dessert drink! How else can you be creative with them?
We’d also like to remind everyone that our next council meeting is tomorrow evening at 7:00 in the school library. Our VP Mr. Bumstead will be presenting our EQAO results from last year, and all are welcome to attend!
