Our Giving Tree is up at Pioneer Park!
It sure has been COLD out there the past few weeks, and now our students can help themselves if they need something from the tree.
Every year at Pioneer Park we have parents from school council come and in and set up a large tree in the front hall. On this tree we put warm hats, mittens, scarves and gloves, as well as socks. We welcome any donations that families may want to send in to help keep our tree warmly dressed all season as it shares its decorations with our students.
We know that every student at school sometimes needs something warm, even when they do have their own winter outerwear at home. Sometimes things get lost or soaked. If your child brings home something from the giving tree, please know that it is theirs to keep. If you wish to return it as a donation, we will gratefully accept it to help another student stay warm.
